What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, property city, service type and any message you choose to provide. If you call or text us, we keep a record of that contact. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
For one purpose: to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to schedule work, communicate about it and invoice you. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to do the job: the technicians and subcontractors assigned to your property, and the service providers who host this site and deliver our form submissions and email. We may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are used solely to understand aggregate traffic patterns, never to identify individual visitors.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your service request, scheduling and technician arrival. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Your choices
